7-Day Hassle-Free Size Exchange

At NOMA, our commitment is to ensure you feel confident and distinguished in every garment. If the sizing is not optimal or you wish to change colors, we offer a seamless 7-calendar-day exchange window.

Exchange Eligibility

• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume/stains, and in pristine original condition.
• All original swing tags, neck labels, and dust packaging must be intact.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Message our WhatsApp Concierge at +880 1973-390328 or email nomaclothingbd@gmail.com.
2. Mention your Order ID (e.g. #NOMA-XXXXXX) and your desired replacement size/color.
3. Our delivery rider will deliver your new replacement item to your doorstep and collect the return item simultaneously.

Defects or Wrong Item Received

While every single piece goes through strict multi-point quality control in our Mirpur atelier, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we replace it immediately with zero courier charges.
